My career journey spans various professional domains, from freelance and in-house marketing for tech companies and law firms to diverse roles such as customer experience specialist, event coordinator, assistant hostel operations manager, executive retail operations manager, legal executive assistant, and more. These diverse experiences underscore my adaptability, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities.

Advancement in Adversity

I established my educational foundation at North Central Michigan College, where I left early to join the workforce due to financial hardship. However, I remained dedicated to the pursuit of knowledge. My active involvement in esteemed associations like the Commercial Law League of America, the Group Legal Services Association, and the International Association for Comparative Mythology underline my commitment to professional growth.

Rockstar Performance

In my most recent full-time role as Legal Partner Marketing Coordinator at Levelset (a Procore Company), I secured partnerships with various bar associations, legal practice associations, and senior law firm partners nationally. My contributions also extended to presenting at law conferences, organizing CLE events, and strategically designing successful attorney-focused marketing strategies. Beginning as a contractor, I swiftly earned a promotion to an in-house position after Levelset's acquisition by Procore.

At Levelset, I achieved a remarkable 400% growth in the provider-attorney pool in 2022. I also single-handedly negotiated and secured 30 attorney contracts in June of that year. I incorporated more than 165 lawyers into Levelset’s attorney network. Beyond numbers, I proved my leadership skills by hiring and managing a team of freelancers and training my new in-house colleagues as our department grew.

Law Firm Insight

Before joining Levelset, I played a multifaceted role at Bloom Legal LLC, performing essential clerical tasks, drafting documents, and creating marketing content by writing legally accurate, search-engine-optimized blog posts. My value extended beyond marketing and administrative tasks; I conducted in-depth research and data presentations on various topics, ranging from legal tech to justice reform. I actively contributed to the law firm's operations, resolving simple IT issues and assisting the managing partner with planning, logistics, and errands. This role and other previous contracts gave me valuable insight into law firm management. 

Prior Freelance Experience

In my earlier contracts, I filled various roles over ten years, from typical freelance business consultant gigs in administration, project management, strategic partnerships, and content marketing strategy to life coaching. During this time, I consistently achieved a substantial 200% annual client increase through referrals from happy clients and my viral blog posts. In addition to successful blogging, I excelled in drafting and negotiating proposals, maintaining client relationships, and creating engaging media strategies for personal lifestyle brands. My adaptability in remote work environments, flexible and confidential consultations, and innovative problem-solving delighted my clients.
